The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is an international Catholic lay charitable organization present in nearly 200 countries worldwide. The Society is comprised of ordinary men and women, 800,000 strong, doing incredible things, not for themselves but for others.
The Society’s Mission
Worldwide, The Society of St. Vincent de Paul offers tangible assistance to those in need, on a person-to-person basis. The Society offers these services to all persons regardless of race, creed, color or status.
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Lake Zurich
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Lake Zurich Conference, has been serving the residents of Ela Township. IL since 1972. Our host since our inception has been the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church’s Ministry Center, located at 135 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich, Illinois.
Our 2 most active services for Ela Township residents are financial services and our weekly food pantry.
